35 years ago, Victor Salameh envisioned a thriving company that would help great healthcare providers bring great medicine to communities. Today, Victor’s sons honor their father’s vision by offering premier construction management services for a variety of commercial ventures. While ECC Group is well-equipped to support all types of building projects, its mission remains rooted in healthcare construction. With a vast construction management portfolio that includes surgical centers, medical clinics, dialysis centers, retail locations, restaurants and imaging facilities, ECC Group is a trusted partner for healthcare providers along the East Coast and across the United States.
ECC Group’s principals, brothers George and Ed Salameh, bring impeccable credentials and experience to the table in their leadership of the company. George, a graduate of Rutgers University, worked as a construction laborer following college, immersing himself in the “grind” of the business before shifting to management. Assuming control of ECC Group in 2004, George’s instrumental leadership of the company continues to result in year-to-year revenue growth. While attending New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), Ed got the construction management “bug” early in college and was tasked with site supervision and project management of a $2.6 million build while still attending college. Bringing precision and quality to every project, Ed ensures that builds fully meet clients’ expectations.
A formidable management team, the Salameh brothers carry their father’s work ethic, attention to customer service, and passion to support healthcare missions forward in their shared leadership of ECC Group.
